I never find the time to write articles anymore on this site (which is sad) but this news deserved a time-out from work.  Corey Haim has died this morning over an apparent overdose to prescription drugs.  The actor was 38 years old.

Corey Haim was definitely one of my favourite actors even with all of his issues with drug use over the years.  He starred in some of the best movies when he was in his prime such as Lucas, The Lost Boys, License To Drive and Dream A Little Dream.  He also seemed to have a nice little comeback on A&E's The Two Coreys but apparently started having issues with prescription drug use and Corey Feldman refusing to continue the series unless Haim cleaned up his act.

He will always be remembered for his classic (and not so classic) roles and that goofy look he always had as a teen.  I was so looking forward to what the future had in store for Haim but I guess all we have now are the memories.
