Not a great week for exercise - it's been less than two months and already I'm suffering from "I'm tired today, I'll run tomorrow" syndrome.  So much for re-dedicating myself to losing weight.  :(

  • Original weight: 189
  • Last week's weigh-in: 190
  • This week's weigh-in: 190

  • At least I didn't gain any additional weight since last week, but I face the very real possibility that I'll not lose any weight, and maybe even added a couple pounds, at the conclusion of this contest with next week's final weigh-in.
    Back to normal working hours mid-week, so I was able to get in a couple good runs. Let's see where I'm at.   more »
