At least I didn't gain any additional weight since last week, but I face the very real possibility that I'll not lose any weight, and maybe even added a couple pounds, at the conclusion of this contest with next week's final weigh-in.

Not a great week for exercise - it's been less than two months and already I'm suffering from "I'm tired today, I'll run tomorrow" syndrome. So much for re-dedicating myself to losing weight. :(

My weigh in for the Week of Aug 24th.
Original weight: 200 Last week's weigh-in: 199 This week's weigh-in: 198 Dismal but IM IN SECOND!!!! I have one week left for the final weigh-in... My target was 189.... 9 pounds to go.... Re: FatOff weigh-in #7

Thought i'd give an update on my sorry ass status. Most of the past year, i've been at 222lbs. Last month, i made frequent visits to Halifax and Montreal for work and ate like a mofo. Then....I'm eating like a mofo last week in Mexico. So, as of today, i'm around 225+ :( This is the heaviest i've been in my life.
Seeing the light. Ok,,,i'm more motivate than ever. I've committed to 4 nights of ball a week this year. Sure, my knees will take a beating at first, but I'm aiming to gradually lose some pounds, eleviating the excess pressure to the joints. Ultimate personal goal, to hit 210lbs by new years. To do this, I vow to NEVER to eat after ball. Just water and vitamins. Wish me luck. |
