Back to normal working hours mid-week, so I was able to get in a couple good runs.  Also, Sara's aunt and uncle from Taiwan were visiting through the weekend and it turns out they love the Wii - it was quite a full Wiikend of tennis and baseball so that was a little bonus exercise.  Onto the weigh-in!

  • So, two pounds lost since last week, from only a half week of activity.  If I'm to hit my target weight of 179 by the end of August, I'm going to have to lose 4 pounds a week.  That's going to be  a LOT of running and ZERO snacking over the next month...  *gulp*
