Synopsis:  The story follows an action film superstar, Bo Laramie (Cole Hauser), who's constantly harassed by a group of photographers (lead by Tom Sizemore).  One day, the paparazzi cause Bo and his family to get into a car accident.  Even after the accident, the paparazzi continue with the onslaught of photographs and false stories, which sends Bo on a mission for revenge.

Gotta hate those paparazzi's.  What makes this movie fun and interesting is that you get to see what kind of crap movie stars go through when they've got these pricks following them around for a few quick bucks.  In this case, Bo Laramie had just made it big with his first action movie.  From that point on and during the film shoot for the sequel, Bo and his family are constantly followed by Rex Harper (Tom Sizemore) and his posse (one of them played by Daniel Baldwin).  There's no real explanation as to why they decide to go after Bo...I guess they just flipped a coin.  The movie is decent right up until the car accident and it kicks into high gear right after that.  That's when Bo decides to get his revenge on these bastards and goes after them one at a time.

The performances are pretty good.  Cole Hauser (Dazed And Confused, Pitch Black), who plays Bo, is awesome in his role.  Robin Tunney (The Craft) also does a good job as his wife.  Tom Sizemore is the ultimate a-hole as Rex Harper who wants to do anything to destroy Bo's image.  Dennis Farina also stars as a detective who is trying to help Bo but also thinks he may have something to do with the attacks on the paparazzi crew.  All in all, great performances in a great movie that unfortunately disappeared very quickly in theatres.  Hopefully it'll get the attention it deserves on dvd.

I can tell you this...I'd love to see a sequel for this with some new paparazzi pricks going after Bo on the set of his third movie of the action trilogy.  His son will get kidnapped or something and Bo snaps and goes on a killing spree.  Sweet!

Cool Paparazzi facts:  There are several cool cameos in this film that I found pretty cool.  Vince Vaughn has a small cameo, as well as Mel Gibson as an anger management therapy patient and Chris Rock as a pizza delivery guy.  The coolest cameo has to be Matthew McConaughey as himself.  Why is it the coolest?  C'mon!!  McConaughey and Hauser were co-stars in "Dazed And Confused" as David Wooderson and Benny O'Donnell.
